Marita Kinney

Marita L Kinney is a true woman of God, facing several life changing challenges with faith...conquering tribulations with triumph. Loving God with her whole heart, she has vowed to live a life of transparency winning souls to Christ with the "realness" of her journey and the "relatability" of her testimony. Born into ministry on a beautiful Easter Sunday in 1982, Marita proved to be destined to preach like her father, the late Bishop Westley C Robinson. She has established herself as a source of inspiration, influence, and encouragement for many young women in her community through an organization called Joy Falls Ministries. In March of 2009 Marita published her very first book entitled "The Unspoken Walk." Capturing the triumphs and trials of her own personal life, this book has allowed Marita to travel all over the country spreading the wonderful news of Jesus Christ. In December 2009, Marita launched the first of many Unspoken Walk retreats. There, women, young and old were afforded the opportunity to connect, form strong relational bonds, and develop a support system helping them to cope and overcome the personal and spiritual hurdles keeping them from reaching their full potentials.

Currently Marita serves in the "Heart of God" Women's Ministry at Greater Grace Temple in Springfield, Ohio as an Assistant Life Group Leader and is also active in her church's youth ministry as one of their youth leaders. With a heart to serve, she humbly allows God to direct her ministry going wherever the spirit of God leads her.

The Unspoken Walk
Synopsis:
Have you been searching for an inspirational book that will "wow you"? Stop looking, you've just found it. The Unspoken Walk is about the author growing up in a family where she is exposed to two completely different ways of life. Her father is a preacher and her brother exposes her to the street life. Though she loves them both, growing up was difficult knowing the ins and outs of both worlds. The testimony shared in this book is so powerful that it will touch your heart and have you examining your own life. The author reveals many trials and tribulations that many people maybe would not have shared. The transparency of the author and her down-to-earth spiritual experiences will have you at the end of your seat. You will be able to see how God has moved in troublesome situations.
