Deidre Campbell-Jones' ministry of writing, teaching and speaking about the truths of God's word began shortly after she was saved in 1985 at the age of 23. After a series of short messages she won the competition and decided then and there that she wanted to be an evangelist. The looks of improbability and disbelief quietly led her to believe that perhaps a simple declaration was not the correct process and she quickly laid those thoughts to rest. However, now at the age of 42 Deidre finally realizes that her declaration almost 20 years ago was more of a personal prophecy than of any specific desire.
